A \u010d\u00edm dlh\u0161ie pri po\u010d\u00edta\u010di pracujeme, t\u00fdm viac h\u013ead\u00e1me polohu, v ktorej by sa n\u00e1m pracovalo pohodlne. Kr\u00ed\u017eime nohy, hrb\u00edme sa alebo si podopierame hlavu dla\u0148ou. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku v\u00e1m porad\u00edme, ako na spr\u00e1vne sedenie za PC, aby pr\u00e1ca pri po\u010d\u00edta\u010di bola pre va\u0161e telo \u010do mo\u017eno najzdrav\u0161ia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ako spr\u00e1vne sedie\u0165<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pri spr\u00e1vnom sede by ste mali ma\u0165 panvu v neutr\u00e1lnej poz\u00edcii tak, aby bedrov\u00e1 chrbtica bola jemne prehnut\u00e1.
